Conscious Touch is not only a technique to be learned. It is learning to feel directly in "this moment", the touch ... without judging, analysing, or comparing. Touching with the attitude of "Tathata" or "unconditional acceptance", the Natural life in the body and learning how to use your touch in a safe, intimate way that helps the body relax and the inner awareness expand. ARUN could also be called, "Interactive Meditation". ARUN is deeply rooted in Osho's vision of "the 3 M's" (Music, Mathematics, and Meditation) and the "Psychology of the Buddhas". The emphasis of ARUN Conscious Touch is to help the inner body awareness expand through the touch, moment to moment, without judgements or expectations.

If your profesional activity is related to Health or the Body, this will be a beautiful opportunity to improve your abilities and receive a new inspiration for your work. The Meditative Experience that transforms lives

  1. Very soft, silent touching focusing on the natural breath, heartbeat, and the oceanic breath of the craniosacral system;
  2. Whole body massage promoting relaxation and inner tranquility.
  3. Moving, rhythmic, liquid touches focusing on spinal rebalancing, sensory nerve flow, and each individual musculo-skeletal articulation.
  4. Deep pressure, 3-dimensional touch focusing on energy lines of Thai Yoga Massage, Indian Tantric Yoga, Japanese Hara Awareness, and the deep, intrinsic muscles of the Body.
  5. The touch of ´Metta´, or loving kindness focusing on the energy of the Face, Head, and Heart Chakra, as well as other glands and centers in the Body.
  6. The touch of Meditation Active meditations of Osho, silent sittings, laying down, and guided touching and inner anatomy exercises will help you to understand and appreciate the beauty of watching inside or just being yourself without trying to change anything. ARUN Thai Yoga Massage - Introductory workshop

Traditional Thai Massage has many things in common with ARUN. It is based on touching, stretching, rocking, and opening the inner energy lines of the body (the lines are called "Sen" in Thai). These pathways flow all through your body, connecting each part 3-dimensionally from head to toe, surface to depth.

In this weekend you will learn the 10-Main "Energy Lines": how to touch them, stretch them, activate and feel them from inside. It will also include Yoga asanas and breath exercises for each. Special attention will be given to "the Mid-line" where the Chakras and Glands reside. Participants will learn to share a complete ARUN Thai Yoga Meditation session, as well as learning how to alliviate pain in various parts of the body.
